Delvemade Ltd is an independent, Manchester-based specialist manufacturing company owned and run by founders Susan and Tony Condron.
Delvemade have been associated with the U.S company GE Silicones for many years acting primarily as UK and European organisers and developers of the GE Silicone Roofing System, an externally applied insulation and weatherproofing system mainly for asbestos factory roofs.
In addition, and as a result of an extensive early 1990's co-operation programme with the then British Steel Corporation (now Corus) Delvemade developed, patented and now manufacture the Seamsil silicone remedial treatment which has been designed specifically to treat corrosion caused by excessive edge peel back on pvc and pvf2 coated steel roof and wall cladding laps and edges.
Seamsil was introduced into the industrial roofing market in early 1993 and has now become the most effective solution to the cut edge corrosion problem.
The product is used with confidence by most cladding manufacturers and widely specified throughout the U.K via the country's major Building Surveying Practices (RICS).
Other complimentary products manufactured by Delvemade under our Protective Coatings Programme include Delcote, silicone based roof and wall cladding paint. Delcote HPG, a neoprene/hypolon liquid membrane for valley gutters and Delglaze a clear PU based coating for the refurbishment of aged gvp rooflights.
