Specification:After over 20 years on a North Shields industrial estate, the existing PVC-coated roof sheets had adequately stood the test of time but had finally reached their "re-paint decision time". The successful business units now chose this opportunity to re-instate their roofing coating.
The roof was first treated with Seamsil, preventing further corrosion in the critical lap joint areas followed by a two coat application of Delcote silicone coating, spray applied to a finish colour of Albany Grey to provide complete weather and corrosion resistance for many years to come.
